Schwelm Biogas Processing Plants – Quality That Builds Trust

The conversion of biogas into biomethane is a key component of a sustainable and future-proof energy supply. With 42 biogas processing plants under contract—37 of which are already successfully in operation—we underscore our many years of experience and expertise in this sector.

The proven principle of physical pressure washing is characterized by high efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Once all currently commissioned projects are completed, a total biomethane feed-in capacity of 25,350 m³ per hour will be achieved. In this way, our plants make an immense contribution to feeding renewable gases into the natural gas grid and to reducing CO₂ emissions.

Another important milestone is the successful renewal of our certifications under DVGW G 493-1 and DIN EN ISO 9001. This recertification confirms the high quality of our technical solutions, our project management, and our quality management system. It also serves as proof that we consistently meet the high standards for planning, manufacturing, and service, and offer our customers the highest level of safety, quality, and reliability.
