Biomethaneinjection ordered

Schwelm Anlagentechnik is delighted to have been awarded a contract by REDINET Burgenland GmbH to build a biomethane injection plant (BGEA). The plant, located at the Elsteraue site near Zeitz, will have an injection capacity of 2,800 Nm3/h of biomethane, making it one of the largest injection projects ever realized. Schwelm Anlagentechnik is providing the entire plant, electrical, communications, and building services engineering. The scope of supply includes, among other things, a compressor train consisting of four redundant screw compressor units and a gas metering train with a calibratable PGC and ultrasonic flow meter. The compressor heat generated during compression is extracted and made available to the biogas plant. Commissioning with initial feed-in is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
