Inspection and maintenance
We create maintenance concepts tailored to your plant and implement them with our own personnel. It goes without saying that we comply with the legal requirements and our own guidelines.
When there's a “fire”
Within the scope of maintenance, we offer you maintenance contracts that guarantee repairs and emergency services even outside business hours, e.g. on public holidays. We can design the contract individually considering your wishes and requirements.
Recurring inspection (BetrSichV)
The tests required by law are prepared by us and coordinated and carried out with an approved inspection agency.

This is required as the basis for all inspections, maintenance measures and tests of the plant.
We have been developing, constructing, assembling and maintaining plants in all industrial sectors for several decades. Our focus is always on the handling of hazardous substances. The substances are usually explosive, toxic, flammable and dangerous to the environment.
Of course, our employees are excellently qualified and certified for these partly dangerous tasks.

Preparation of tests
Are your documents at the plant up to date and do they comply with the legal requirements? Are all necessary certificates available? We will be happy to sit down with you and analyze your permits for individual inspection deadlines, check that they are complete and up to date, and obtain missing documents by the inspection date.
Appointing testing agencies
Even we are not allowed to carry out all tests with our own personnel. Thanks to our connections to the relevant testing agencies / authorities, we can quickly arrange appointments and take care of the entire Commissioning and Accounting.
On-site processing
We take over the supervision of the experts on site or carry out the corresponding tests on your behalf. All you have to do is give us the plant for the agreed period.
Special tools
We keep a number of special measuring instruments ready for you at all times. All measuring instruments are calibrated according to the DKD guidelines and can be attributed to the national standards.
Certificates
After the test has been carried out, you will receive a corresponding certificate from us.
